We offer you a unique opportunity to be part of our RME team, where you can apply your knowledge and continue learning alongside top professionals. The program includes technical skills development, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and teamwork. A mentor from the Automation Engineer Team (AE Team) will support your growth. You will participate in over 300 hours of training, covering topics such as electrical and electronic systems (e.g., EPLAN, panel wiring), automation, robotics (e.g., PLC programming, Python, SQL), project management, and communication. Upon completion, you will be qualified for an Automation Engineer role in our maintenance teams.
During the apprenticeship, you will work on-site with the AE Team, responsible for control systems and sensors within the building, including fault finding, repairs, training technicians, monitoring systems, and participating in continuous improvement projects. The role involves working in non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends, and is available in Piedmont, Lombardy, and Veneto. Remote work is not available.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Age between 18 and 29
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering or to be obtained before start
- Fluent in Italian and good communication skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Ability to follow technical instructions
- Passion for Automation and Engineering
- Practical, motivated, and eager to learn
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Proactive and team-oriented
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in electrical engineering or related fields
- Project management experience
- Software development experience
