In order to support our business we are looking for an UX Designer. Position Summary: You will work closely with our product owners and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with our company's brand and goals, as well as help with information architecture, design system, and usability tests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: You will: - Collaborate with the development team and product owners to understand project requirements and create design solutions that meet those needs. - Design user interface elements, page layouts, and workflows. - Develop and maintain design guidelines to enhance and extend our internal design system.: - Analyze requirements and data structures, to help build a consistent information architecture. - Conduct usability tests and use findings to inform design decisions. - Continuously improve the user experience by analyzing user feedback and implementing design changes accordingly. - Identify recurring patterns and improve existing workflows.
