Your Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth daily operations across warehouse and shipping activities
* Create and manage SAP outbound deliveries for 3PL partners on a daily basis
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and WMS systems
* Oversee daily dispatching of spare parts and finished goods in line with plans and company targets
* Support Return-to-Stock back-office activities
* Monitor and improve stock accuracy through cycle counting and root cause analysis
* Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within warehouse operationsEnsure warehouse procedures are clearly defined, implemented, and followed by 3PL partners
Your Background
* High School Diploma; a Degree in Economics or Engineering is a plus
* 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar field is preferred
* Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and MS Office
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Strong analytical mindset with a customer-focused approach
* Proactive, flexible, and collaborative, with a curious attitude and strong team spirit
