Its core values are based on absolute safety, passenger comfort, and material sustainability, offering tailored solutions for the leading global airlines. /p h3ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pWithin the engineering team (approx. 30 people) and after thorough initial training, the role of the selected profiles will include: /p ul liDevelopment of complex 3D mechanical projects; /li liCreation and management of solid models, surfaces, and technical drawings; /li liDefinition of technical drawing specifications: dimensioning, tolerances, treatments, finishes, and tightening torques; /li liSupport for industrialization activities according to Design for Production logic; /li liInterfacing with production and the technical department to optimize design solutions; /li liCollaboration with the engineering team in managing technical order activities. /li /ul h3REQUISITI /h3 ul liDegree in mechanical, mechatronics, or aerospace engineering, or an equivalent technical/professional qualification; /li liAt least 1 year of previous experience in mechanical design roles, preferably gained within similar and highly regulated manufacturing contexts; /li liExcellent knowledge of at least one 3D modeling software; /li liKnowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level, written and spoken); /li liDeep knowledge of Design For Manufacturing (DFM) principles is a highly preferred requirement; /li liKnowledge of FEM software is a preferred requirement. /li /ul h3WORKING HOURS /h3 pFull Time – 40 hours per week /p h3FRAMING / CONTRACT /h3 pNational Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Metalworking Industry, 13 monthly salaries, permanent contract with direct hiring. /p h3SALARY (RAL) /h3 p€30.000 - €40.000 + non‑compete agreement compensation (from 100 to 1.000 euros per month according to seniority level).
