<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1.Order Processing (Core)</p><ul><li>Receive, verify, process and track sales orders timely and accurately</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to resolve order issues</li><li>Update order records in CRM/ERP systems and generate status reports</li></ul><p>2.Marketing Support</p><ul><li>Assist in organizing marketing events (trade shows, webinars, product launches)</li><li>Support collateral preparation and data compilation (customer lists, campaign metrics)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements</p><ol><li>1+ year of experience in sales admin, order processing or related roles; marketing support experience is a plus</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM/ERP tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and communication abilities</li><li>Flexible, proactive and able to work independently</li></ol><p></p>
