As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care. /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver technical training for new patients, monitoring proper use of devices and exploring advanced features. /liliParticipate in follow-up meetings to respond to questions from patients and diabetologists. /liliPromote ongoing technical education and raise awareness among diabetology teams about optimal diabetes management using Medtronic devices. /liliPlan technical training sessions for onboarding new patients. /liliCollaborate in the commercial cycle and prescription process, ensuring proper inventory management. /liliProvide administrative support to the manager and fellow Therapy Training Specialists (TTS) and Therapy Sales Specialists (TSS) in monitoring territory-related costs. /liliEngage medical and nursing staff in educational activities by organizing local training events and providing technical support during scientific conferences. /li /ulh3Required Knowledge and Experience /h3ulliDegree in scientific disciplines /liliProficiency in using digital tools. /liliValid driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel frequently across Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige and occasionally across the national territory. /liliKnowledge of the medical device and therapy market. /liliExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, a consultative approach, goal orientation, teamwork, proactiveness, assertive communication, and familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. /liliA strong scientific background, two years of experience in pharma or medical devices, or prior sales experience in diabetology, along with a good knowledge of English, are considered a plus. /li /ulh3Physical Job Requirements /h3pThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. /ph3Benefits Compensation /h3pMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package.
