You’ll translate needs into feasible, cost-effective designs and collaborate with sales, engineering and partners to drive successful projects.

Your work blends technical feasibility with customer objectives, leveraging industry knowledge to craft scalable architectures.

This role offers exposure to AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, conveyors and picking systems, with a chance to impact rollout across multiple industries.Retribuzione / BenefitsAnalyze customer needs and design tailored intralogistics automation solutions considering throughput, space, budget and integrationConsult with customers and internal teams to ensure feasible, cost-effective solutions aligned with objectivesCollaborate with the sales team to develop convincing solution concepts and presentationsBuild and maintain relationships with customer site contacts and partner organizations for collaborationMaintain deep knowledge of automated intralogistics solutions (pallets/bins, AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle, conveyors, picking systems) and their applicationsCoordinate technical details with engineering, project management, service and external partners to ensure seamless deliveryDevelop detailed technical documentation (layouts, equipment specs, system architectures) for implementation and maintenanceStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve solutionsResponsabilitàCompleted studies in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or related technical field OR equivalentProven experience in solution design, system integration or technical consulting in automation/intralogisticsStrong network in intralogistics automation market is a plusExcellent xjrgpwk analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiencesProficiency in 3D CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CET Designer) and simulation tools (sim3D, Plantsim)Ability to work independently and in a team; strong organizational and time managementWillingness to travel within the regionFluency in English; German is a plusRequisiti fondamentaliexcellent social benefitsattractive salary structuresscope for developing your own ideaschallenging interdisciplinary area of responsibilityinternational, collegial team
