We operate both online and offline, via B2B and B2C e‑commerce sites and 40 physical stores. We are growing rapidly and executing an important development plan.
The candidate will join the IT team and be supported by the manager.
RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI
* Provide assistance and maintenance to IT systems, hardware devices, and peripherals.
* Install, configure, and update hardware and software.
* Resolve issues related to equipment and workstations.
* Offer support to internal staff for various IT problems.
* Contribute to identifying and applying solutions to detected problems.
* Manage user profiles, permissions, credentials, and email boxes.
* Configure new PCs, laptops, smartphones, and other company devices.
COMPETENZE AGGIUNTIVE RICHIESTE
* Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
* Familiarity with LAN/Wi‑Fi, printers, and network devices.
* Ability to diagnose technical issues and apply troubleshooting procedures.
* Knowledge of main ticketing tools.
* Understanding of basic information security concepts.
* Good communication skills and user support orientation.
* Commitment to continuous learning and priority management.
REQUISITI
* High school diploma in IT or related field.
* Preferable prior brief experience/traineeship in technical support.
