Based in Lazio, this role offers a collaborative environment that values teamwork and continuous learning. Occasional travel within Italy and Europe may be required for training or service activities. This is a permanent contract with fully remote working model. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Perform site assessments, installations, inspections, verifications, corrective and preventive maintenance of Medtronic devices
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and patient safety for all assigned equipment
* Accurately complete service documentation according to Medtronic quality standards
* Collaborate with the Service & Repair team to resolve complex technical issues and share best practices
* Supporting future product integration by organizing or performing upgrades and/or configuration updates to the equipment installed base
* Travel within Lazio and occasionally across Italy and the rest of Europe for service interventions or training
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Technical diploma or higher qualification with a focus on electronics or electrotechnics
* Good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
* Basic computer skills (familiarity with software and digital tools)
* Valid category B driver's license (for cars) and willingness to travel within the Lazio region and occasionally across Italy
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Residence or domicile in the Lazio region
Previous experience in technical support for medical devices and the ability to work independently will be considered an advantage.
