We offer a key role within a dynamic team and the opportunity to work on high-profile projects. /p pThe selected candidate will be a driving force in the development of projects, ensuring excellence at every stage, from concept through execution. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnd-to-end management of project development: from concept design to executive CAD documentation. /li liPreparation and finalization of technical specifications, including material schedules, hardware and lighting specifications, as well as FFE (Furniture, Fixtures Equipment) drawings. /li liCoordination and rigorous review of shop drawings to ensure compliance with project execution standards. /li liProactive management of project development, representation, and execution. /li liCoordination: the candidate will initially be integrated into international project teams to absorb the firm’s methodology. Subsequently, they will be expected to participate in and lead coordination meetings with external consultants, actively guiding them toward successful project delivery. /li liSite supervision and construction management, ensuring compliance with quality standards. /li /ul h3Required Language Skills /h3 ul liFull professional proficiency in English: due to the international nature of our projects, all communications, including emails and meetings, will be conducted exclusively in English.
