As an international technology group, VTU Engineering offers you the opportunity to advance your career! /ph3Where we need your help /h3ulliOrganize and coordinate all activities on large construction sites, across all trades, up to the acceptance of all packages, in close collaboration with Discipline Leads. /liliCoordinate regularly with contractors to ensure smooth operations and mitigate potential hazards. /liliMonitor the execution and assembly, track progress, and verify the quality of work. /liliTake responsibility for the entire construction site, including safety, budget, and schedule adherence. /liliPrepare cost estimates, execution schedules, site facilities plans, and preconstruction reviews before projects commence. /liliConduct daily site meetings during execution to adapt to changing circumstances. /liliLead the construction team, motivate and support team members, and interface with customers regarding site issues and measures. /li /ulh3What you bring along /h3ulliMechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering Degree (Master/Bachelor) or Diploma with at least 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 10 years in the role. /liliKnowledge of HSE regulations. /liliStrong PC skills (Microsoft Office, CAD, PDF handling, document management systems). /liliUnderstanding of QAQC handover requirements. /liliAttention to detail. /liliSelf-confidence, negotiation skills, conflict assessment abilities, and a focus on environmental, health, and safety considerations. /liliTeam player with adaptability and practicality. /liliExperience in managing decentralized engineering teams and maintaining team spirit during challenging project phases. /liliFluency in Italian and English. /liliResults-driven, eager to learn, and supportive of team members. /liliExperience leading construction supervisors and interfacing with engineering departments. /liliAbility to ensure compliance with procedures, permits, and drawings. /liliMonitoring contractor performance and progress, including subcontractors. /liliOrganizing construction activities to minimize interference and resolve discrepancies, deviations, and delays. /liliRecord-keeping of all relevant activities as per project documents. /liliParticipation in workshops, review meetings, and project/team meetings. /liliReporting to the Project Manager. /li /ulh3Our offer /h3pWe provide challenging tasks within a dedicated team and excellent working conditions, including flexible hours, proactive environment, and training opportunities. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
