This role coordinates across departments—including supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and sales—to balance inventory levels, capacity, and lead times. The Planner uses forecasting data, sales trends, and production capabilities to create efficient and achievable schedules while minimizing costs and ensuring high service levels. /ph3Job Description /h3olliDevelop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand. /liliCoordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources needed for production. /liliMonitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses. /liliCollaborate with production team to identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues. /liliAnalyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements or efficiency enhancements. /liliMaintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and order fulfillment. /liliUnderstand customer priorities and align with production to ensure company is meeting customer expectations /liliProcess and manage all order launched in SAP ERP and manages backlog report /liliCoordinate with Shipping and Receiving on incoming orders and deliveries as requested by the customer /liliCollaborate and communicate with departments to ensure finished goods are flowing to shipping area /liliCollects all data necessary for invoice packages on outgoing orders /liliAbility to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines /li /olh3Requirements /h3h3Education and/or Skills /h3olliHigh School or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or any related fields. /liliStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skills /liliExcellent organizational and time management skills. /liliProficient in using scheduling software, MS Office application and SAP Production. /liliProven experience as a production scheduler or in a similar role is preferable. /liliEffective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. /liliAbility to learn and adapt to various operating systems and software /liliExcellent attention to detail. /li /olh3Work Environment /h3pThis job operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment.The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computes, phones.
