Position SummaryAs a Production Supervisor at the Sanpellegrino plant in San Giorgio in Bosco, you will be the key point of reference for managing production lines, ensuring safety, quality, and performance. Your role will be crucial in driving continuous improvement, optimizing costs, and developing team capabilities, applying advanced methodologies such as TPM and analytical tools to increase efficiency and reduce losses.A Day in the Life of the Production Supervisor San Pellegrino Plant
Plan and coordinate production activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.Monitor KPIs and performance, turning data into concrete actions to reduce waste and costs.Manage resources (people, materials, equipment) to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.Collaborate with the team to implement continuous improvement and TPM activities, developing technical and operational skills to ensure sustainable performance.Analyze deviations from targets and lead corrective action plans, challenging the status quo to achieve increasingly ambitious results.Support preventive and autonomous maintenance, ensuring maximum equipment efficiency.Train and develop employees through coaching and skill matrices, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
