PA Marketing and Public Relations Executive plays an important role in achieving key objectives aligned with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and relevant activities. The team member performs an integral role in coordinating all functional areas to ensure the achievement of commercial targets. The executive manages individual projects related to marketing, media relations, and internal communications, along with performing day-to-day administrative duties. /ppbWhat will I be doing? /b /ppAs a Marketing and Public Relations Executive, you will be responsible for executing the marketing plan and activities used by the hotel to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to target markets, and meet hotel business needs. Your tasks will include: /pulliCreating and executing a strategic advertising and public relations plan, including media planning and creative visuals /liliReviewing third-party website content to ensure standards, accuracy, creativity, and currency /liliSupporting the Line Manager in developing promotional activities, collateral, and in-house merchandising, and maintaining the hotel's media library /liliBuilding and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders /liliCoordinating PR events and co-branding activities /liliProducing the hotel’s quarterly newsletter and internal communication materials /liliManaging the growth of the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, in collaboration with the social media manager /liliEngaging with the online community and responding to comments/messages promptly /liliAssisting with or leading on-site photoshoots and hotel filming, ensuring all administrative approvals are completed /liliActing as a brand ambassador, ensuring content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines /li /ulpbWhat are we looking for? /b /ppWe seek a candidate who embodies the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that support our guests and team members.
