Join us. /p h3Position /h3 pWe are looking for a UI Designer to join our team dedicated to HMI development and prototyping. /p pThe selected candidate will contribute to the design and creation of innovative user interfaces, working closely with developers, UX designers, and project stakeholders. We are particularly interested in meeting candidates with experience or sensitivity in the automotive sector or, more generally, in human–machine interface design. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop visually refined, functional, and coherent user interfaces. /li liCreate layouts, UI components, iconography, and graphic assets. /li liCollaborate with the HMI team in defining interaction flows and prototyping concepts. /li liPrepare graphic specifications and handoff materials for the development team. /li liContribute to visual guidelines and documentation for the design system. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator). /li liMaster’s degree from Art Academies or in fields such as Communication Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines. /li liStrong aesthetic sensibility and creative visual skills. /li liSolid understanding of UI design principles, typography, color, and layout. /li liPreferred experience (professional or project-based) in the automotive sector or HMI design. /li liTeam-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to incorporate feedback effectively. /li /ul h3Other Information /h3 pbSchedule: /b Full-time, 40 hours per week. /p pbLocation: /b Based in Reggio Emilia /p pbOur Promise: /b We build technology for people—and that philosophy defines how we treat our team.
