To strengthen the Corporate Clinical Development Team, we are recruiting a Corporate Clinical Development Specialist .
Reporting to the Corporate Clinical Development Manager, the candidate will contribute to significant research projects and product lifecycle management by designing and implementing clinical studies and investigations.
Main Responsibilities :
* Ensure that sponsored clinical studies are initiated and completed in compliance with applicable legislation, guidelines, and company SOPs.
* Create and review study documents.
* Contribute to budget planning and control, including cost estimation, forecasting, budget revision, and reconciliation.
* Conduct CRO and vendor selection, overseeing delegated activities.
* Manage investigational sites, including study feasibility, site selection, evaluation, contract negotiation, and oversight.
* Prepare and review scientific papers.
* Act as the primary contact for studies and provide support to multidisciplinary project teams internally and externally.
* Participate in and coordinate clinical studies-related meetings such as Bid Defense, Scientific Advice, and Steering Committees.
Requirements :
* Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a Master's in Life Sciences.
* At least 3 years of experience managing clinical studies or development programs within a pharmaceutical company.
* Experience in CRO selection, bid defense meetings, budget management, project oversight.
* Knowledge of GCP and ISO 14155 : 2020 standards.
* Experience in international multicenter clinical trials (Phases I-III) is preferred.
* Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and in teams.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
