Overview
Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for a Business Process Automation & AI Specialist.
In a rapidly changing IT environment, our company seeks to industrialize and automate low value-added business processes, relying on robotic automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The role is to identify, design and deploy automated solutions to increase productivity, reduce operational costs and free up time for high value-added activities.
Responsibilities
* Process mapping and analysis: Audit existing processes to detect repetitive and time-consuming tasks; Evaluate the feasibility of automation and quantify the expected gains (ROI, time saved).
* Design and prototyping: Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and functional mock-ups; Collaborate with the business lines to validate needs and adjust specifications.
* Development and deployment: Implement automated solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism); Integrate AI models (NLP, Computer Vision, ML) to enrich workflows; Orchestrate processing chains (APIs, microservices, queue).
* Maintenance and optimization: Provide post-production support and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs); Propose continuous improvements and ensure compliance (security, GDPR).
* Support and training: Raise awareness and train end-users on new tools; Document good practices and capitalize on feedback.
* Project management: Planning, monitoring of milestones and cross-functional coordination (IT, business, security).
* Quality & governance: Establish development standards, automated testing, exception management.
* Technology watch: Identification of new AI / RPA platforms and frameworks.
Qualifications
Diploma : Bac + 5 in computer engineering, data science, or equivalent training.
Certifications (desirable) : UiPath Certified Professional - Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate - Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Key Past Experiences
* Management of large-scale automation deployments, with cross-functional coordination of IT, business and project management teams.
* Diagnosis and ROI costing of business processes, followed by proofs-of-concept design to validate high-value use cases.
* Design, train and release AI models (ML / NLP, Computer Vision) integrated into existing workflows.
* Implementation of CI / CD pipelines and administration of cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, GCP) to industrialize deployment and ensure resilience.
* Management of post-production support and animation of the development of user skills, with monitoring of KPIs and control of compliance.

* The position requires Italian and English effective operational proficiency, ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization.
