As Brand Specialist at Amazon AVS you help strategic brands grow their business on the European Amazon platform. You act as an account manager and consultant across key product categories, driving selection, promotions, and performance metrics. You collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to implement new ideas and optimize supply chain, finance, and marketing. You combine data-driven analysis with cross-functional influence to improve the vendor experience and business outcomes. This role offers broad exposure to e-commerce at scale and a path to develop broader responsibilities.

* Identify opportunities for Retail Vendors using data to improve performance
* Drive use of Amazon programs (e.g., Amazon Business) for long-term benefits
* Lead supply‑chain excellence initiatives to reduce costs, defects, lead times, and improve KPIs
* Monitor stock levels and manage ordering mechanisms for fulfilment centres
* Recommend and manage vendor marketing campaigns to promote products and boost traffic and conversion
* Plan and manage promotions for events like Prime Day and Brand Weeks
* Expand product selection by launching new products and improving discoverability
* Enhance customer journey through store walkthroughs, benchmarking, and improved content on detail pages
Responsabilità
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
* Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL)
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
* Experience in e-commerce, retail or FMCG/Grocery (preferred)
* Knowledge of promotions and inventory planning (preferred)
* Experience managing external stakeholders or vendor/account management (preferred)
