To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
PHP Developer
The candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the website, focusing on performance in terms of user experience and conversion rate, CRO, proper content publication, and all functionalities. They will monitor daily activities using web analytics and diagnostic tools.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the role, particularly in backend development using PHP with the Laravel framework. Good problem-solving skills, team working ability, autonomy in organizing tasks, and results orientation are required. Availability for geographical mobility within Italy and internationally, and excellent English language skills are also necessary.
Requisits
Required skills include:
* Excellent knowledge of PHP
* Deep knowledge of Laravel framework
* Excellent knowledge of WordPress CMS and main plugins
* Good knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Proficiency in Google Analytics 4
* Familiarity with common UX and UI techniques
Nice to have
* Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
* Basic knowledge of SEO techniques
* Good familiarity with SEMrush platform
* Use of Bootstrap
