They will work in collaboration with Lead Designers and Gallery Leadership. They are innovators with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for establishing and fostering relationships. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liProvide a luxury experience for our clientele through RH Interior Design services /li liMaster and execute the RH Design ethos for residential interior design /li liProvide design expertise and execute small-scale design projects /li liSupport with large-scale projects in partnership with the Interior Design team /li liProduce brand-appropriate design presentations and communicate design concepts, space planning and product selections /li liOwn all phases of the client experience from consultations through delivery and site visits /li liEnsure fiscal goals are achieved /li liRepresent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism /li liMaintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry /li liSupport the visual and quality standards within the Gallery /li /ul h3OUR REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liyears design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred /li liArt, Architecture or Interior Design or similar degree preferred /li liProfessional portfolio required /li liHands-on interior installation experience preferred /li liProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space planning / rendering programs preferred /li liStrong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities preferred /li liStrategic, highly organized and results-oriented /li liCommitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail /li liPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a thriving interior design business /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills /li liProficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications /li /ul h3OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liAbility to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to kgs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques /li liAbility to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office /li liPosition entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing /li liLicensed to drive preferred /li liAbility to travel locally or out of state /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
