Your Role
As a key member of the Finance Team, you will contribute to the company's growth through partnership and direct involvement. You will be part of the Italian finance team of six talents. After tailored onboarding and training, you will oversee general accounting operations, assist the Finance Controller with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
* Monitor cash collection, identify opportunities and risks
* Prepare monthly account reconciliations
* Manage monthly and annual financial accounts according to US-GAAP and local standards
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes
* Assist in internal and external audits
* Backup Finance Controller when needed
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree in Finance or CPA certification
* Experience with US and ITA GAAP
* Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and deliver results
* Strong knowledge of Italian statutory reporting and internal controls
* Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication skills
* Proactive, independent, and problem-solving mindset
* Accuracy, time management, and ability to work under pressure
