Prepare data to support periodic call with the customersUpdate Report of Customer Service and KPIsCoordinate inner cross-functional meetings as part of the "Communication Improvement" project to identify and manage criticalities affecting the supplyCoordinate the implementation of Products Line extension and products configuration ChangeEnter the Forecast and the orders in the system (Business on-going and New Business), according to standard contract timeCollect Forecast (on-going and new business) to support the BUDGET and S&OP activitiesAnalyse the request and send the order confirmation within contractual termsMonitor the customers' orders until the shipment and re-schedule the shipping dates in accordance with the guidelines established from the Corporate (OTD)Analyse the causes in case of OTD failure and provide solutions to avoid a recurrence of the eventOrganize the products shipment and pick-upMaintain the Customer and the Product Master data
Your profile
University degree in Economy or Management Engineering (preferred)Experience in Customer Service / PlanningKnowledge the of Supply Chain processKnowledge of customer order management and demand analysisExperience in data analysis (Excel, ERP)Ability using Excel to process analysis, compare data and prepare graphicsAbility to prepare power point presentationsFluent in English and ItalianAPICS certification (preferred)Sense of responsibility and perseveranceTime management and planning skills and aptitude to respect deadlinesExcellent listening and learning skill, with the ability to manage informationAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAptitude to work in a complex environment being flexible towards people and situations
