Validating that the applied configuration and pre‑requisite testing allows the testing to proceed. /li /ul liRespecting EHS rules notably implementing Lock Out Tag Out instruction. /li liSupervising and/or executing test activities, analysing test results “live” and deciding if test has to be redone or not /li liProcessing the test results data, writing static and dynamic test reports /li liManagement of test equipment and instruments for data acquisition and analysis used for testing /li liManagement of the execution of required testing activities, with particular reference to structural testing /li libPerformance Measurement /b /li liTimely execution of the test program following the requirements of the Test Laboratory /li /ul p% of rework of test report /p ul liForce of proposal for validation methods/tools improvement (from a quality, duration and cost point of view) on their scope of activities in particular to decrease the time spent on trains /li /ul h3Main Required Competencies /h3 h3Educational Requirements /h3 h3Mandatory: /h3 ul liMaster's degree in mechanical/aeronautical engineering /li liKnowledge of testing methodology according to Test Laboratory accreditation level (ISO17025, etc…) /li /ul h3Experience /h3 h3Mandatory: /h3 ul liAbility to define, create and maintain test benches /li liRequired habilitation level applicable within the country regulation /li liExperience in usage of CATIA and DMAGS for visualizing structural test set-ups /li liExperience in structural testing of railway bodyshell and bogies /li liExperience in defining test procedures, data analysis, and test reporting in the structural field. /li liExperience in using techniques for measuring various physical parameters. /li liExperience in performing static and fatigue structural tests using actuation systems. /li liKnowledge of structural testing standards in the railway environment EN12663, EN13749 /li liKnowledge of signal acquisition/analysis instrumentation (IMC/HBK systems). /li liExperience in using personal computers in a Windows environment. /li liWillingness to travel for medium and short periods. /li liKnowledge of English and Italian Language; /li /ul pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
