Role mission
Ensure CPPC Tiers releases achieve the highest standards of quality, reliability, reproducibility, and grid-code compliance by leading validation and testing activities prior to General Availability, enabling safe and certifiable deployment in complex energy and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define functional and dynamic test plans
- Execute HIL and grid-simulation tests
- Perform regression testing
- Produce validation evidence for grid-code compliance
- Support FAT/SAT and acceptance criteria definition
Required Skills:
- Experience in testing industrial control systems
- Working knowledge of power system dynamics
- Familiarity with HIL and simulation tools
- Strong methodological and documentation discipline
