We are currently seeking an Application Manager Refrigeration to join our Western Europe Regional Solution Marketing team at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova). The role focuses on identifying and promoting solutions to meet customer needs.
The candidate will report hierarchically to the Solution Marketing Manager Refrigeration – WE Region and will operate at the Western European level within the refrigeration market. They will liaise with CAREL subsidiaries in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and the UK, supporting sales organizations in deploying solutions, providing pre-sales consultancy, and delivering training.
As an Application Manager, the candidate will contribute to developing new products and regional solutions, involved in ideation, development, and deployment for new opportunities and go-to-market strategies. They will collaborate with the Central Solution Marketing department on promotional initiatives, communication plans, marketing campaigns, and events.
By analyzing market trends and incorporating customer feedback, they will be a key reference for the growth of the CAREL brand and portfolio within the WE Region.
Requirements
* A degree in a technical field
* Experience with REF equipment, electronics, and/or thermodynamics (a plus)
* Experience in B2B markets with international exposure (a plus)
* Languages: English, Italian; additional European languages are a plus
* Supportive team player, valuing teamwork and contributing positively
* Goal-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to prioritize, plan, and work independently under deadlines
* International outlook and desire to work in a multinational environment
* Willingness to travel up to 30%
