Viva.com envisions to provide businesses a value-driven platform to accelerate the adoption of the latest technology. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs a member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will play a crucial role in promoting company services directly to clients, ensuring seamless activation and ongoing support for merchants. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPromote the company services by visiting clients' premises; /li liAssist merchants with verification and activation processes; /li liMonitor and analyze portfolio performance; /li liProvide in-person support and consultation for existing customers; /li liEngage in both system-scheduled and self-initiated activities; /li liEnsure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration; /li liSupport existing merchants in maintaining active usage; /li liEscalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope; /li liPresent product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner; /li liTravel to meet clients and attend industry events /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment preferably a financial services institution; /li liUnderstanding of financial products / services features and advantages; /li liExperience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; /li liOutstanding negotiation skills; /li liStrong organizational and diary management skills; /li liResiliency and the ability to handle objections; /li liThe ability to deal with a diverse client base; /li liComputer literacy tech mindset; /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liPermanent contract via an Employer of Record (EOR). /li liAn attractive performance-based bonus (linked to individual targets and boosted by collective goals). /li liA comprehensive benefits package in addition to salary (Allowances, group medical plan coverage, etc). /li liThe opportunity to work with a highly motivated team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. /li liThe opportunity to work at an international fintech company with strong cultural diversity /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
