F&B; MANAGER It features a collection of beautifully restored monastic structures, a 12th-century chapel, and nearly 6 hectares of ancient gardens offering breathtaking views of the city, along with 196 meticulously furnished rooms and suites – including the largest and most exclusive suite in Venice. Annual art installations rotate throughout the property in conjunction with the Venice Biennale. Inside, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences, boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases, and intricate details such as terrazzo floors, silk-covered walls, and Murano glass chandeliers, making it one of Europe’s premier hotels for art exhibitions. Serenity permeates the hotel’s Longevity Spa, which features a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, jogging paths, a pitch & putt golf course, and a fully equipped kids' club – ensuring an unforgettable stay. The hotel’s proximity to St. Mark’s Square, its exceptional culinary offerings featuring a rich variety of Italian cuisine, and its unique combination of event spaces invite guests to create truly memorable experiences. As F&B; Manager, you will oversee and elevate all Food & Beverage operations across San Clemente Palace Venice. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining. Your role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences in one of the most iconic luxury resorts in Europe. Managing daily F&B; operations across multiple outlets and banqueting venues • Ensuring the highest service and quality standards aligned with the hotel’s brand values • Working closely with the Executive Chef to develop and refine menu concepts and dining experiences • Monitoring financial performance, cost control, and revenue targets to achieve departmental goals • Coordinating closely with Sales, Events, and Front Office to ensure seamless guest experiences • Managing supplier relationships and supporting local sourcing initiatives Previous experience as F&B; Manager or Assistant F&B; Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort • Proven track record in managing large teams and multiple outlets simultaneously • Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management • Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) • Passion for luxury hospitality, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional guest experiences A prestigious leadership position in one of Europe’s most iconic luxury resorts • Opportunity to shape the Food & Beverage identity of a historic Venetian property • Career growth and development opportunities within the luxury hospitality sector Ready to lead the F&B; operations of San Clemente Palace Venice?
