Position Overview Bulletproof EMEA seeks a Project Manager (PM) to oversee projects throughout their full lifecycle for both client and internal initiatives, ensuring successful delivery. The PM will provide effective leadership to a team comprising Auditors, Penetration Testers, Quality Assurance Testers, and Change Management Auditors. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Lead projects through all phases, including planning, scheduling, resource budgeting, risk analysis, reporting, and execution. Develop work plans with schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, and issues. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required. Handle financial reporting at project milestones and completion. Ensure compliance with fixed-price contracts. Oversee team utilization and capacity, collaborating with managers and other PMs. Engage with managers, employees, clients, and partners to define requirements and manage expectations. Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and delivery. Communicate effectively within the global team in a dynamic environment. Contribute to the improvement of internal project management processes and training materials. Promote company values, fostering a creative and enjoyable work environment. Support team members in project tasks as needed. Required Experience and Certifications At least six years of project management experience. Experience in IT Services. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Soft Skills Empathetic, relationship-builder with clients and team members. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and task prioritization. Experience with lifecycle management of eLearning development and understanding of adult learning theory. Adaptability to changing requirements. Proven leadership of remote, cross-functional teams.
