Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated Functional Analyst, preferably with a background in the manufacturing sector and specific expertise in production planning and scheduling. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pAs a Functional Analyst, you will participate in the implementation of the APS (Advanced Planning Scheduling) commercial solution (Quintiq Scheduler from Dassault Systems) across Bridgestone EMEA manufacturing plants. You will join the EMEA IT Manufacturing team, which is responsible for implementing the Smart Factory program across EMEA plants. The EMEA Smart Factory program aims to enhance manufacturing plant performance through digitalization. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liGather and analyze business requirements from multiple European plants. /li liTranslate operational needs into clear and prioritized user stories and functional specifications. /li liDefine and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals. /li liCollaborate with the development team, supporting the Agile delivery cycle. /li liMonitor and evaluate the impact of newly released features. /li liAct as the go-to contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring ongoing communication and alignment. /li liImprove APS usability, stability, and integration (supporting current Product Owners). /li liDefine and roll out standardized APS processes across facilities (supporting current Product Owners). /li liStrengthen documentation, training, and knowledge sharing (supporting current Product Owners). /li liBalance plant-specific customization with a standard core and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and performance (supporting current Product Owners). /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience Required /h3 pbEducation, Master, other certification /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics / Business. /li liLean certification or Six Sigma certification is a plus. /li liAgile (SCRUM, PO) certification is a plus. /li /ul pbExperience (years) /b /p ul li3+ years of experience in the Manufacturing domain implementing APS solutions. /li liProven experience as Functional Analyst or in similar roles (Business Analyst, IT / OT Project Manager). /li liExperience working in cross-functional teams for multi-site implementations. /li liPrevious professional experience in a tire manufacturing company. /li liTechnical / functional experience of Dassault Systems (Quintiq) is considered a strong asset. /li /ul pbTechnical Skills /b /p ul liKnowledge of manufacturing processes and direct experience with production scheduling systems or planning tools (APS, MES, ERP). /li liStrong familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies. /li /ul pbLanguages Skills /b /p ul liEnglish proficiency at C1 level (oral and written). /li liKnowledge of other European languages (Polish, Spanish, Italian) is a plus. /li /ul pbSoft / Behavioral Skills /b /p ul liStrong values in line with Bridgestone’s behavioral expectations (BS Essence, Agility, Courage, Ownership). /li liGood leadership and communication skills to lead small teams, drive project execution, and enable timely decision making. /li liProven success in contributing to a team-oriented, multicultural environment. /li liStrong analytical skills, quick learner, and results driven. /li liProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment. /li liAbility to meet deadlines; self‑motivated and shows initiative. /li liAble to work both autonomously and as a strong team player. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pAt Bridgestone, what really matter is to foster co‑creation opportunities and empowering you to be creative and curious to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for future generations.
