PRODUCT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
We are currently seeking for a Product Management Specialist who will report to our Product Management Manager.
You will be responsible forsupporting production planningandforecasting processes, managing stock levels, andoverseeing commercial activities.
You will also be responsible for managing interactions with internal and external customers, supporting customer activities, and coordinating the necessary tasks to ensure on-time deliveries.
Role andResponsibilities:
correspondence and drafting of commercial offers;
product analysis;
draftingof products budget and sales estimates;
development of existing customersM
prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to product management;
working close with the Operations Department and S&OP; to match and maximize the Product Management Department needs;
review historical sales trends;
analyze itemturnover;
Monitoring the production lead time working close to the Production Planning;
cost structure analysis;
Price analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical field(e.G. Chemistry, PCT, Biology/Biotechnology, Pharmacy)
At least2-3 years of experiencein the rolein achemical or pharmaceutical sector
Ability to analyze customer needs and to propose the most appropriate commercial solutions
Ability to read and understand the main economic/financial indicators
Management Reporting skills(benchmarks, metrics, dashboards, etc.)
Languages:
Native Italianandproficient English speaking(already used on a daily base with international counterparts)
Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
KnowledgeofSalesforce or SAPis a plus
Strong analytical approach, ability to turn a problem into an opportunity, able to prioritize workload
Liking to learn, having an overall project vision, always keeping operations in mind to achieve goals with integrity and adherence to Corden Pharma Philosophy
