About the job Social Media Moderator -Italian
This position is BASED IN LISBON, PORTUGAL. Responsibilities:
* Content Monitoring:
o Monitor and manage social media accounts.
o Review user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform rules.
o Identify and remove offensive, inappropriate, and harmful content.
Skills Required:
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Detail‑oriented with an eye for content moderation.
* Temporary Contract:
o Initial 12‑month contract with the possibility of renewal.
* Permanent Contract:
o Permanent contract offered after 2 years.
* Private health insurance is provided after the contract signature.
Training:
* Training Period:
o Compensation for the training period provided.
* Training Completion:
o Successful completion leads to a work contract.
Working Hours:
* Work Schedule:
o 40 hours per week, Operations hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 am to 06:00 pm.
* Holidays:
o 22 days of annual leave based on Portuguese law.
* Holiday and Christmas bonuses equivalent to base salary.

* Workplace:
o TP Nations building in Lisbon, Portugal.
