Spectrum Architecture is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to contribute to architectural design and support the delivery of building projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers to create high-quality, functional, and aesthetically exceptional architecture.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to architectural design and development of building projects.
* Assist in project documentation, drawings, and specifications for construction.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
* Support project management activities including timelines, budgets, and coordination.
* Ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, and best practices.
Required Competencies
* Architectural Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in architectural projects.
* Collaboration: Strong ability to work within a team and coordinate with consultants and clients.
* Project Support: Experience with architectural documentation, drawing sets, and project workflows.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and similar tools.
* Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with team members and clients.
* Creative Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design.
