Description Overview: You will participate in analysis and support digital and social campaigns and activities in assigned areas of the Company’s portfolio. Scope of the Role: - Shaping high level digital and social strategies with an eye for new trends, innovation and data - Originating and overseeing content plans from strategy through to execution. - Assist digital marketing team with projects and researching emerging social platforms to support best practices for digital marketing. - Builds out campaign plan recommendations for marketing initiatives to support ongoing improvements in sales and profitability. - Monitors marketing performance results across all social media platforms and grow social communities - Assist digital marketing team with projects and researching emerging social platforms to support best practices for digital marketing. - Assists in digital campaign management, digital initiatives, and campaign analytics for assigned categories. - Reporting on social activities both organic and paid. - Developing best practice and best in class content and toolkits Experience Required: - Proven work experience as Social media and community management and influencer campaigns projects (3-5 years ) in media agencies, start-up, direct to consumer company - Proven ability to plan and create impactful digital content campaigns and improve perfomances - Knowledge and understanding of digital specialisms including Business Manager campaigns, Community management tools, media strategy. SEO, PPC and eCommerce are a plus. - Comfortable with data and numbers in order to report data analysis of organic and social media campaigns. - University degree preferably in Economics, Advertising or Marketing and Communication
