Regularly visit customers in the assigned territory (existing and potential), through a consultative approach. /liliCollaborate with all company organization in order to provide transparent feedback to support the achievement of company objectives. /liliInteract with stakeholders operating in the territority or business partners, ensuring the most effective management of existing and potential customers. /liliVisiting existing and potential customers: Diabetes Services at Hospitals, Polyclinics, Private Nursing Homes, Universities and Local Health Authorities and Retail channel. /liliManaging pharmacies: managing assigned pharmacies and developing potential client pharmacies. /liliCollect and discuss with company’s management all the information on the evolution of the reference market, proposing the actions that can best support the achievement of the assigned objectives. /liliAfter sharing and agreeing with the manager, maintain close contact with colleagues and business partners operating in the area, in order to ensure an effective customer approach. /liliKeeping constantly updated on the evolution of the company's products/systems and competitors, also by studying the training material made available by the Company. Transferring to the Head Office Sales Functions the most relevant information gathered on the market about competitors' products and strategies. /liliKeeping the market situation under constant control in terms of sell-out in the territory, proposing the necessary corrective actions to the direct manager.
