We are seeking a talented Sales/Marketing Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in Rome. In this role, you will support our Marketing Unit by analyzing key performance drivers, identifying emerging trends, and helping shape actionable strategies to drive business impact. Identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies, building business cases, and supporting teams in implementing cost‐saving measures and performance KPIs
* Providing insights into site performance and supporting decision‐making through strong business acumen and stakeholder management
* Translating strategic goals into actionable short and long‐term operational plans
* Conducting data analysis to support business performance and presenting findings clearly to key stakeholders
* Evaluating past investment projects, comparing actuals vs. business case, and recommending corrective actions
* Supporting the Annual Plan and forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting We need someone who is analytical, proactive, and business‐oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across functions. 2–3 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner
* Strong strategic thinking and business understanding
* Creative, curious, and innovative approach to problem‐solving
