Our Microsoft department is experiencing significant growth. As we expand, our foremost ambition is to provide our customers with an even swifter response time and a deeper, more comprehensive understanding of the vast capabilities and offerings within the Microsoft services ecosystem.
Microsoft Cloud Department is a dynamically growing international team primarily responsible for the development and sale of Microsoft cloud solutions. Our team continually supports clients in maximizing the potential of cloud technologies, delivering not only products but also the knowledge necessary for effective utilization. Moreover, as a Microsoft partner, we actively cultivate Senetic’s brand awareness through promotional activities, training, and technical support, helping our clients succeed in their digital transformation journey. Our mission is not only to sell products but primarily to create value by providing comprehensive solutions and top-level support.
You will be responsible for:
5. assisting the sales team during customer interactions,
6. identifying client needs,
7. presenting solutions directly to the customer,
8. exploring market opportunities,
9. collaborating closely with the technical team to develop Microsoft-centric designs and concepts.
Skills/Qualifications:
10. proficiency in Microsoft technologies (holding a Microsoft Certification will be a distinct advantage),
11. strong drive to continually grow within the above specified tech domain,
12. fluent in English and Italian, min. B1 in Spanish will be an additional advantage,
13. outstanding communication skills,
14. prior experience in client interactions.
