Experteer Overview
As Global Marketing Procurement Buyer, you will lead sourcing and day-to-day procurement for marketing services across a global, matrix organisation, ensuring value, quality, and continuity. You’ll develop and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate and implement contracts, and strengthen a compliant supplier ecosystem aligned with Campari’s House of Brands. You’ll work cross-functionally with global and local stakeholders to deliver cost savings and supplier innovation in a dynamic market.

* Support the Global Marketing & Media Procurement Director in developing and executing sourcing strategies and category initiatives
* Conduct market and cost analyses to inform sourcing decisions and negotiations
* Contribute to value-creation initiatives including productivity, supplier innovation, and sustainability actions
* Monitor spend, supplier performance, and market trends across marketing sub-categories
* Support category planning and maintain visibility of demand and priorities
* Shape supplier engagement approaches and maintain structured stakeholder communication
* Prepare and manage RFI/RFQ/RFP processes with business stakeholders
* Consolidate requirements to enable competitive sourcing outcomes
* Ensure procurement documentation is complete and supports smooth agreement implementation
* Support contract drafting and execution aligned with templates and policies
* Monitor contract performance, KPI delivery, and compliance; escalated as needed
* Implement and maintain contracts within Campari’s contract management system
* Support supplier evaluation and regular performance reviews
* Identify and mitigate supplier risks and support business continuity
* Support onboarding of suppliers in line with guidelines and processes
* Contribute to simplification, efficiency initiatives, and internal procurement reporting requirements
Responsabilità
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing procurement, marketing, procurement, or within a marketing agency environment
* Strong exposure to Market Research, PR/Influencers, Creative & Digital, and Production services categories
* Strong analytical capability and negotiation skills
* Confident, credible communicator able to partner with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritising across multiple demands, and delivering with accountability
* University degree in business, finance, marketing, or economics
