For our Moncler Worldwide Finance & Control Function, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Retail Controller to join our team based at the HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
The Senior Retail Controller plays a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring efficient retail operations, and supporting strategic decision-making across our global store network.
Activities
Reporting & Performance Management :
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting trends and business implications (sales performance, cost structures, store profitability).
* Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure alignment on goals and operational excellence.
* Develop dashboards and tools to track retail KPIs in real-time, ensuring prompt identification of risks and opportunities.
* Drive and lead the revenue forecasting process, ensuring accuracy through data analysis, stakeholder alignment, and performance monitoring.
* Oversee and manage detailed cost analyses identifying key areas for optimization. Ensure alignment between financial goals and the operational needs of the retail channel.
* Partner with procurement, operations, and supply chain teams to evaluate vendor agreements, negotiate favorable terms, and achieve cost savings while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Conduct periodic reviews of store-level and regional expense allocations to ensure optimal resource utilization and reduce inefficiencies.
* Work closely with the Retail Department to conduct financial feasibility studies for new investments, store refurbishments, and expansion projects, ensuring alignment with long-term profitability objectives.
Qualification
Main Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For
* At least 8-10 years of experience in retail finance or controlling, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP.
* Fluency in both Italian and English

* Able to communicate effectively, presenting complex information in a simple and clear way.
