The Talent Science team ensures objective, scientifically rigorous hiring processes. We partner with stakeholders, use data and behavioural science to select world‑class talent.
We are hiring for four new leadership roles. The Director will work directly with the Global Head of Talent Science to plan and drive the team’s strategic projects, improve delivery, coach staff and represent the function as needed.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the strategic Talent Science project roadmap, managing multiple projects.
* Design and implement solutions that ensure hiring of exceptional talent.
* Align all talent selection initiatives with high-performance outcomes and career frameworks.
* Develop professional processes and frameworks for efficient delivery.
* Coach and mentor team members, creating training materials and documentation.
* Represent the team in the absence of the Head, acting as trusted adviser.
* Collaborate with company leaders to communicate the vision for talent.
Qualifications
* Exceptional academic record; undergraduate degree in psychology or related field.
* Proven team leadership in technology or consulting, with strong project management.
* Track record of coaching and mentoring teams to high results.
* Deep understanding of selection, career frameworks and internal product development.
* Advanced analytical skills using SQL, Python or statistical analysis.
* Excellent written and spoken English with senior audience presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally 4 times a year.
Nice‑to‑have skills
* Experience with advanced psychometric assessments and vendors.
* Deep insight into human behaviour and intrinsic motivation.
* Experience using Superset and advanced dashboarding.
