What you'll do:
You'll take part in a 6-month internship in the HR (People & Culture) area in IKEA Carugate store.
Together with your manager, you will learn to:
• Contribute to the development of the Staff Plan, ensuring the right scheduling needs and department coverage;
• Prepare and update shift plans to meet business goals and deliver a quality customer experience;
• Create and analyze reports to monitor key KPIs related to workforce planning;
• Support managers in tracking vacations, leave, and contract extensions;
• Collaborate with the Recruitment and Administration teams to ensure effective resource management;
• Contribute to organizing and implementing the onboarding process for new co-workers;
• Provide daily support to the People & Culture team and managers to achieve shared goals.
