For our client, an international company operating in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager is responsible for end-to-end finance processes, ensuring accurate input for determining and realizing company targets and strategy from a financial and economic perspective. The role supports the commercial team in business decisions and opportunity identification, improving transparency to achieve business targets while partnering with Sales, Product Line, R&D, and management team to boost profitable growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end finance processes in the local entities
* Ensure internal and external financial statements are properly reported, reviewed, and reconciled on time
* Manage relationships with external stakeholders
* Lead the budget and forecast cycle, coordinating all relevant functions and challenging them to meet business targets
* Manage cash‑flow and forecast, flag risks to group management and develop mitigation plans with local management
* Monitor business performance (EBITDA, NWC trend, product margins)
* Drive financial performance improvement initiatives (cost reduction, asset management, capital efficiency, productivity)
* Ensure tax, statutory, financial, and regulatory compliance
* Coach and develop the accounting team to ensure timely deliverables
* Lead harmonization and process improvement projects
* Provide ad hoc analysis to address business needs

* NWC trend
* Monthly and annual reporting on time rate and accuracy
* Process on‑time rate
* First time passing rate
Requirements
* Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* 5–7+ years of experience in Finance Manager, Head of Administration, or controlling‑related roles
* Strong technical knowledge of ITA GAAP and IFRS
* Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
* Solid understanding of treasury processes and cash‑flow management
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior management
* Hands‑on, operational mindset
