A systems architect plays a crucial role in ensuring the development and maintenance of product architectures align with organizational objectives. The position involves evaluating technical needs, designing documents, and proposing architectural approaches to support the organization's goals.
The individual is responsible for providing technical support for development, addressing issues related to systems, compatibility, and software integration from a cybersecurity perspective.
Main responsibilities include:
* Evaluating and managing cybersecurity issues and implementing corrective actions within the ecosystem
* Developing engineering specifications for product development by translating marketing and manufacturing requirements into product features that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Applying structured problem-solving techniques to determine root causes and possible corrective actions
* Collaborating with senior engineers, product management, test engineers, and other key stakeholders across all phases of development, delivery, and support
To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of C, C++, and C# languages, as well as experience integrating components such as sensors and actuators in smart products and access control systems. Additionally, proficiency in managing requirement changes and analyzing their impacts on engineering is essential.
Prior experience with wireless protocols like Wi-Fi and Zigbee, understanding electrical circuit fundamentals (PCB diagrams, layouts), and knowledge of EN 3030 645 and related standards are considered desirable skills. Soft skills such as flexibility, strong communication and collaboration abilities, critical thinking, analytical skills, and time management skills are also highly valued.
