Ph3How will you make an impact? /h3 ul liHigh Jewellery Business Analysis/Reporting/Tools: Providing business analysis, presentations, reporting, budget support, and managing sales force and analysis tools for HE clients. Monitoring HE sales daily on SAP and updating the HJ Tableau. /li liHigh-End Events: Supporting client participation in international, regional, and local High Jewellery events, including preparation, execution of individual treatment plans, and on-site support. /li liMerchandising: Managing daily HE needs/requests from boutiques, watch specialists, and regional/international merchandising teams, including checking piece availability, transfers, shipment monitoring, stock balancing, and quality checks. /li liHigh-End Community: Animating the prestige community with product information and event updates, participating in training programs, developing a monthly newsletter, supporting client analysis, and managing client treatment actions. /li liCommercial Support (High End Sales): Following up on invoicing with Sales Associates, managing after-sales service, resizing, packaging, and supporting post-event sales follow-up. /li liConsignment: Monthly stock confirmation management for each boutique. /li /ul h3How will you experience success with us? /h3 ul liCommunication Skills /li liSensibility for Luxury Jewellery /li liLanguage: Italian English mandatory, French could be a plus /li liEvent Management Skills /li liOrganizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines /li liProblem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to stock availability, shipments, and client requests /li liTeamwork: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the High Jewellery team, boutiques, and other departments /li liAttention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for tasks such as invoicing, stock confirmation, and quality checks /li liProficient in MS Office /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
