The resource will support the controlling activities related to industrial and commercial performance, contributing to the monitoring of production costs, operational KPIs, product and business line marginality, and ensuring high-quality financial reporting aligned with Group standards. /p pIn this role, you will operate in a structured metal-mechanical environment, characterized by complex production processes and articulated commercial dynamics. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Industrial Controlling /h3 ul liAnalysis of industrial costs: direct/indirect costs, standard costs, production variances, efficiencies, scrap. /li liMonitoring production order variances (price, quantity, efficiency, mix). /li liSupport in preparing industrial budgets and periodic forecasts. /li liAnalysis of BOMs, routings, actual vs. standard cost comparison. /li liPreparation of industrial reporting: KPIs, production costs, industrial margins. /li liAdvanced use of bExcel /b, bPower BI /b and bSAP CO-FI /b modules. /li /ul h3Commercial Controlling /h3 ul liAnalysis of product, customer and business line marginality both: ul libOn-going /b: profitability monitoring, margin forecast updates, price/volume/cost impacts; /li libActuals /b: real margin, product mix, price-quantity deviations. /li /ul /li liMonitoring of volumes, revenues and commercial margins by area, customer, product family. /li liSupport in developing commercial KPIs (operating margin per customer/product, contribution margin, order profitability). /li liContribution to commercial forecasting and margin projections. /li liDevelopment of Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models for commercial analysis. /li liConstant collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Operations teams on costs, prices and variances. /li /ul h3Reporting Systems /h3 ul liResponsible for loading Budget, Forecast and Actuals into the Group reporting system. /li liEnsuring data completeness, correctness, deadline compliance and format alignment with Group Finance requirements. /li liData verification and validation supporting month-end closing and consolidation. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liDegree in bEconomics /b, bManagement Engineering /b, or related disciplines. /li li3-5 years of experience in bindustrial and commercial controlling /b, preferably in industrial companies. /li liStrong knowledge of industrial accounting and marginality analysis. /li liExcellent command of bExcel /b (complex models, predictive analysis, advanced formulas). /li liProficiency in bPower BI /b for dashboard creation and multidimensional analysis. /li liGood understanding of BOMs, routings, MRP logic and commercial processes. /li liExperience with bSAP CO/FI /b modules. /li liGood command of English. /li liStrong analytical mindset, precision and structured problem solving. /li liEffective communication with operational and commercial stakeholders. /li liResults‑orientation and continuous improvement mindset. /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
