As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners and be involved in business development with end customers. You have the unique opportunity to impact both end customers and Odoo partners. Who are Odoo partners? Primarily Italian IT companies and system/ERP integrators offering Odoo as part of their solutions portfolio. As the main contact for partners, you'll coach them on best practices in business strategy, implementation methodology, and product knowledge to help grow their Odoo business. You will also engage with a diverse range of customers across regions, qualifying and demonstrating products to end clients and pairing them with suitable partners. Responsibilities: Enable Odoo Partners to successfully implement Odoo software for end clients Act as a business coach to create and implement processes that increase operational efficiency for partners and customers Build strong, long-term relationships within your partner portfolio in Italy Qualify leads, conduct tailored product demos, and connect clients with the right partners Negotiate licenses and pricing with partners and customers, promoting the appropriate value proposition What’s great about this job?
