Additionally, the Buyer will prepare purchase orders and contracts based on corporate templates and support the Expediting Team in monitoring delivery timelines. /ppbKey Responsibilities : /b /pulliProcure materials and services for projects in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulations, particularly those related to procurement, health, safety, environmental, security, and quality standards. /liliManage the entire procurement process from receiving Material Requisition (MR) or Request for Direct Approval (RDA) to issuing Purchase Orders or Subcontracts. /liliTrack the delivery of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts, addressing any issues in collaboration with the Expediting Team or Project Management as necessary. /liliAnalyze and prepare tender documents (Bid Packages) by collecting relevant specifications and documents from various departments (e.g., Technical, HSE, Planning). /liliDevelop and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to a minimum of three pre-qualified vendors. /liliWork closely with the Procurement Manager / Coordinator to select vendors and review commercial and technical offers. /liliLead negotiations regarding prices, terms, conditions, and contracts with suppliers, ensuring full compliance with ethical standards and anti-bribery regulations. /liliCoordinate with Project Management to ensure timely delivery and address any procurement-related issues during the execution phases. /liliPrepare and submit final bid evaluations, negotiate contract terms, and manage the processing of purchase orders, subcontracts, and related agreements. /liliMaintain strong relationships with current suppliers and explore opportunities to engage new vendors. /liliA minimum of 4–5 years of experience as a Buyer in the construction industry, preferably within the Oil Gas, EPC contractors, or Power Generation sectors. /liliFamiliarity with JDE or SAP ERP systems is preferred. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. /liliStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. /liliExcellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. /liliResults-driven, with a focus on ensuring timely procurement and delivery. /liliDetail-oriented, methodical, and diligent in execution. /liliStrong teamwork and collaboration skills. /li /ulpQuesta posizione è aperta a candidati di entrambi i sessi, nel pieno rispetto del D.Lgs. n. 198 / 2006 e ss.mm.ii. e dei Decreti Legislativi n. 215 e n. 216 del 2003 sulle parità di trattamento.
