Ph3Job Description /h3 pThis role supports the creation, deployment, and production of McIntosh Sonus faber luxury brand experiences (in-person experiences activations) to elevate brand perception, fuel dealer and distributor activations, and support commercial outcomes.
This role primarily focuses on events in EMEA, including management of the Sonus faber factory experience and regional Vicenza experience for VIPs and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for executing events that elevate brand perception of Bose Luxury and its brands, expanding consumer demand across existing music enthusiasts and into new luxury consumers, aspirers, and their design advisors.
/p h3Scope Of Responsibilities /h3 h3Experience Program Development Management /h3 ul liIdentify experience opportunities, in collaboration with the Global Activation team.
/li liImprove and oversee ongoing execution of the Sonus faber Factory Experience and regional Vicenza/Veneto Experience for VIP customers and stakeholders.
/li liLead the end-to-end guest journey design of key experiences, from invitation to post-event follow-up.
/li liConfirm the strategic intent, goals, and budget for each experience.
/li liManage relationships with Experience partners and Bose stakeholders.
/li liOwn documentation of experience frameworks, flows, run-of-show guides, and best practices.
/li liServe as a brand ambassador, storyteller, and on-site leader throughout the experiences we produce.
/li liSupport the development of a broad experience strategy and guidelines to create scalable program around the world, including standardized playbooks and toolkits.
/li /ul h3Dealer Distributor Activation /h3 ul liPartner with the Activation team to guide dealers on how to turn events into brand-building and sales-supporting experiences.
/li liCoordinate with the Training Education team to ensure storytelling and luxury behaviors are integrated.
/li liSupport key partners in elevating their own experiential execution, acting as a reference point for luxury standards and experience design.
/li /ul h3Event Coordination Experience Support /h3 ul liSupport global experiential activations with planning, content, flows, experience design and logistics.
/li liIdentify and secure the correct audio equipment and display environments; oversee setup and break-down / ship-out.
/li liEnsure events ladder up to Experience KPIs and brand goals.
/li liCapture leads and hand off to Bose VIP Sales Enablement and/or supporting dealer for conversion.
/li liDefine experience flow and key moments (arrival, immersion, peak, closing) to ensure emotional and sensory impact.
/li /ul h3Content Story Enablement /h3 ul liPartner with Product/Content Marketing teams to identify what assets are needed to activate experiences.
/li liGather field needs from distributors/dealers and translate them into creative requirements.
/li liEnsure alignment with future Brand Identity and Brand Guidelines.
/li liCollaborate with the PR team to ensure experiences are designed with media relevance and narrative clarity in mind.
/li /ul h3Performance Reporting /h3 ul liTrack Experience KPIs: attendance, audience quality, dealer support, conversion signals, post-event opportunities.
/li liSupport scoring/evaluation frameworks for experiences globally.
/li liProvide insights and recommendations to continuously refine programming, formats, and audience targeting.
/li /ul h3Experience Skills /h3 ul li5+ years producing brand experiences, cultural activations, or high-end hospitality events for luxury audiences.
/li liProven track record leading end-to-end guest journey design across international markets.
/li liExperience managing business partners such as retailers and distributors.
/li liStrong narrative and storytelling skills; ability to translate a brand identity into experiential moments.
/li liExperience developing scalable playbooks, frameworks, or toolkits across markets.
/li liComfortable managing budgets, vendor contracts, and multi-event logistics simultaneously.
/li liFamiliarity with audio or AV environments preferred.
