You will be based in our Milan or Rome office as part of our Corporate Finance practice.
About the Practice
Our Corporate Finance practice works on engagements across industries, advising clients on top-management level issues including corporate strategy and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances, business due diligence, value-based management, ESG strategy, and strategy in IPO situations. We aim to bridge corporate finance and strategy to significantly impact client businesses and top-management agendas.
Your Impact
You will work in teams of typically 2-3 consultants, actively engaging in all aspects of client projects. You’ll combine management consulting skills with applied corporate finance techniques, leading knowledge development in relevant areas. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, developing recommendations, and presenting results to client management, as well as implementing these recommendations alongside client team members.

Your Qualifications and Skills
* Master's degree with an excellent academic record; an MBA or finance-related postgraduate degree is advantageous
* At least 3 years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, M&A, or due diligence within consulting, investment banking, accounting, or a major corporation; experience in corporate development or strategic finance is preferred
* Strong intellectual curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills
* Adaptability and collaborative mindset in a flexible environment
* Sensitivity to social responsibility and a desire to make a meaningful impact on clients and communities
* Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
* Proven leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular contexts
* Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, in English and Italian
