The role of a Team Manager involves overseeing all aspects of an assigned hospitality programme, creating and delivering comprehensive training for hosts, and effectively managing the host team's roster both pre-event and onsite.
This is a contract position starting in October 2025 until March 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing event planning strategies
* Coordinating on-site operations related to host training and game-day activities
* Managing the iLUKA host team
* Familiarising the team with facilities and event venues
* Ensuring comprehensive training on guest contact points
* Preparing an Operations Manual with essential information and contacts
