Ph3Purpose Of The Role /h3 pDrive, develop and manage Brand communications for Football, define compelling plans, create campaign and its effective implementation and execution, to build powerful brand momentum around the partnership, strong consumer engagement, support sell out. Deliver consistent, solid integrated through – the – line marketing communication package according to guidelines and brand calendars, brand standards and business objectives. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDevelop a 360° strategic management of Football, managing it from a brand, communication and media perspective. /li liShape the strategic path for adidas Football in Italy, finding the best plans and initiatives to become the market leader within all the segments. /li liIdentify and implement the proper media mix to achieve and maximize the strategic objectives (upper + mid funnel focus). /li liDefine the proper Brand, PR and Communication approach for each project, capable to achieve the brand and specific projects’ KPIs. /li liDefine, develop and steer Football activation plans landing advanced comprehensive plans in alignment with Global BU across all communication channels (comms, media, PR, Newsroom, Digital, e com, events, etc) in collaboration with horizontal and vertical BU teams and Sports Marketing. /li liManage Global and local agencies across projects, campaigns and activations, from agency brief process, development and execution. /li liOversee development of communication tools from conception to implementation ensuring all projects are on brief on time and meet highest creative standards. /li liEnsure all consumer touch points (comms, channel mkg, sport marketing) are in alignment and connected, ensuring a seamless consumer journey (digital and physical). /li liAlways look for the best relevant localization opportunities to empower brand visibility in all the touchpoints (digital and physical), in owned and earned properties. /li liImplement media integrated communication plans and consumer activations and specific project, in line with strategic objectives and brand positioning and standards. /li liSelect the right communication events agencies/ media / partners for effective and compelling brand initiatives which sustain the category plans, guarantee brand consistency and high executional excellence. /li liDefine KPI setting for all plans and initiatives, be responsible for qualitative, quantitative analysis and reports to monitor effectiveness of the implemented projects and ensure brand excellence, all plans and initiatives must be on-budget/on-time. /li liMonitor activities to evaluate return of the investments. /li /ul h3Skills You’ll Need /h3 ul liExperience in brand marketing and/or sales (sport industry preferred) /li liHigh level of strategic thinking /li liBroad experience in marketing communication, campaign development and execution /li liAdvanced project management experience /li liAdvanced user of MS Office suite of products /li liConsumer and customer-minded brand builder and implementation driven personality /li liExperience with digital production process and technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives. /li liExperience managing communications touchpoint and evolving media landscape knowledge and it KPI /li liAbility to manage or collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary groups /li liStrong Industry knowledge /li liStrong passion for football, lifestyle, technology, gaming and trends in consumer behavior and evolution of communication landscape /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing /li li+8 years of marketing / communication working experience /li liFluent English (written and spoken) /li liFluent in local language (if applicable) preferred /li liExcellent presentation skills /li liBachelors in related field required /li /ul padidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
